REPORT OF SALE

TO THE HONORABLE DANNY 0. CLINE, JUDGE:

The undersigned Special Commissioners hereinbefore appointed, respectfully report unto Your Honor that, by virtue of an Order of this Court in this action entered upon the 22nd day of August, 1991, they did, after first advertising the time, place and terms of sale in the Braxton Citizens News, for three consecutive weeks, offer for sale the property described and mentioned in the pleadings herein. The undersigned report that the 1.1 acre tract of land was offered for sale and that John Doe and Jane Doe, his wife, were the highest bidders therefore and that their bid for the same was $38,000.00, which was the highest of all bids. The undersigned believe the property brought a fair price at said sale and recommends that it be confirmed. A statement of deposit in the names of George M. Cooper, Special Commissioner, is returned herewith in accordance with said order.
