December 18, 2012 - This December, the Education Law Committee of the WV State Bar will present a CLE on a current topic of national interest to parents, students, and attorneys: school board disciplinary action against students for their off-campus speech on social media websites and related First Amendment litigation. The program will be held at the offices of the State Bar on December 18, 2012 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
