STATE BAR BY-LAWS AMENDMENT

At the Annual Business Meeting of the West Virginia State Bar which will be held on Friday, May 12, 2000 during the State Bar Annual Meeting at the Marriott Hotel in Charleston, an amendment to the State Bar’s By-Laws will be considered. This amendment has been recommended by the State Bar’s Board of Governors.

The amendment will be to Article IV, Section 2 to read as follows:

"The Board of Governors shall consist of 24 25 members as follows:

(a) The President, President-Elect, Vice President;

(b)

The purpose of this amendment to the By-Laws is to add the Immediate Past President of the State Bar to the Board of Governors as a voting member.
