The current reporting period began on July 1, 2006 and will end on June 30, 2008. The normal requirement for each two-year reporting period is 24 total credits, including at least 3 credits in legal ethics, office management, substance abuse, or elimination of bias in the legal profession credits. If you were admitted during the first half of the current reporting period (between July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007), a total of 12 credits are required, including at least 3 credits in legal ethics, office management, substance abuse or elimination of bias in the legal profession credits. Attorneys admitted on or after July, 1, 2007 are exempt for the 2006-2008 reporting period.
